The Sopranos (1999)
For the Soprano Clan, the defining elements are: the most credible characters, the best quality humor and last but not least a story that manages to illustrate to the smallest detail the tumultuous life of the New Jersey mafia boss, Tony Soprano. The series manages to make a cynical and very realistic commentary on the mythology of gangsters and mafia culture, as it was described in the classic films of the genre.
